Update an external calendar. Requires Resource and ExternalCalendar IDs.
Enabling write, or changing the write calendar id, queues a backfill of upcoming booked appointments.
A read-only change does not. Google without a write grant returns 400 CALENDAR_WRITE_NOT_GRANTED
and a reconsentPath instead of enabling write.
