List unavailability (calendar view)

https://api-stage.onsched.com/v3/unavailability

Returns per-entity calendar intervals between startDate and endDate (weekly patterns,
stored blocks, appointments, recurring rules, holidays). At least one of LocationIds,
ResourceIds, or ServiceId must be provided.
