Environments and hosts
Production and staging API hosts for OnSched v3.
Hosts
| Environment | Base URL | Use for |
|---|---|---|
| Production | https://v3.onsched.com | Live traffic |
| Staging | https://api-stage.onsched.com | Integration testing |
All native routes are under /v3/… (and /v3/public/… for public booking). Interactive reference: https://v3.onsched.com/docs (staging: https://api-stage.onsched.com/docs).
Do not use api.onsched.com for v3. That host is the historical v1 API. v1-compatible paths on v3 are documented in v1 Alias Endpoints.
Authentication is the same shape on both hosts
- Machine:
POST {host}/v3/oauth/token, thenAuthorization: Bearer <access_token> - Dashboard: Bearer dashboard token +
x-api-key - Public:
x-client-id+ Allowed DomainOriginon/v3/public/*
See Authentication.
Credentials
Staging and production are separate companies and keys. A staging token does not call production.
