Calendar Management
Empower your Resources and Admin staff to manage OnSched appointments and schedule availability on a monthly calendar.
Once appointments have been booked, in addition to actions taken from the email notifications your team will need a way to manage past and upcoming appointments.
This calendar management may consist of an internal team that is able to Cancel/Reschedule/Reassign on behalf of the Customer and update the teams weekly hours of availability, or by allowing the Resource to manage their own appointments and availability.
Introducing the V3 Dashboard Calendar
In version 3.0.0 we are introducing Calendar Management directly within the Dashboard. View, Edit, and Update appointments for any Resource you have by navigating a user friendly calendar with more features to come.
To access the calendar for any given Resource, simply select them from the V3 Dashboard and navigate to the Calendar tab. In future iterations we will be introducing a full calendar with side-by-side resources as well as additional drag and drop functionality.

Google/Outlook Calendar
As in previous versions, an easy implementation of a Calendar management UI is to leverage a leader in the space that already exists today. Many of our clients' users already use Google and/or Outlook Calendars to manage their daily schedules, by integrating their Calendars to OnSched any events created in the external calendar will block OnSched availability results in real-time.
Please note that all appointments which have been updated within OnSched (Cancelled via the Email notification, or Rescheduled from within the Dashboard) will reflect appropriately within the integrated Google/Outlook calendar, however any appointments that are moved or discarded from the external calendars will not reflect backwards to OnSched.
White-labelled API Integration
Once your booking concept has been proven, and you are ready to harness the full capability of the OnSched Rest API you can begin to plan your full API integration with OnSched. The OnSched Rest API has all of the capabilities you need to reproduce any OnSched.js Element in your own UI.
