SMS opt-in consent
The public booking form now shows an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox next to the phone field. Booking still succeeds if the customer leaves it unchecked. Email confirmations and reminders are unchanged.
When a customer opts in, OnSched stores smsConsent, smsConsentAt, and smsConsentVersion on the Customer. Customer.smsConsent is also accepted on POST /v3/appointment, PUT /v3/appointment/{id}/book, POST /v3/customer, and PUT /v3/customer/{id}.
Customer SMS (confirmations and reminders) is sent only when smsConsent is true. Company and resource SMS still follow their existing notification types. See Customer SMS.
