OnSched 3.8.3 - padding overflow day-close only

API

• allowPaddingOverflow is day-close only: When true, padding may extend past Operating Hours close only on the last availability block of the local day. Mid-day holds, books, reserves, and creates still require the full padding window to clear capacity and hard blocks (including later appointments).
• Hold → book: A Hold that stored CustomFields.allowPaddingOverflow does not waive mid-day padding on book. Existing mid-day Holds that only succeeded because of the previous bug can fail on book under the fixed rules.
• Unaffected: True end-of-day overflow hold/book with the flag still succeeds. PadUnavailability created on book remains the full padding duration.
