Appointments
POST /v3/public/appointment and POST /v3/public/appointment/hold reject ignoreAvailability with 403 when it is sent as a query flag or as a truthy CustomFields.ignoreAvailability (alias ignore_availability). The API stores that custom field only when an authenticated caller passes the query flag on hold or reserve. Authenticated POST /v3/appointment and POST /v3/appointment/hold are unchanged.
