Padding overflow

With allowPaddingOverflow=true, padding may extend past a resource's scheduled closing time. Existing appointments and active holds still consume capacity during that padding, including bookings at another location and bookings starting after the requested availability window.

Availability excludes conflicting resources, and appointment validation rejects a conflicting slot. Resources with sufficient remaining capacity can still use padding overflow.
