OnSched API 3.20.0 — Weekly templates

Weekly templates

POST, GET, PUT, and DELETE /v3/weeklyTemplate store named company snapshots of open weekday intervals. A template is name plus weeklyAvailability only (dayOfWeek 0–6, times HH:MM:SS). Names are unique per company after trim (case-insensitive; stored trimmed with original casing). Empty hours and name collisions return 400. Another company’s id returns 404. Updates are PUT (no PATCH). Hard delete returns { "success": true } and does not change allocations or operating hours.

Template CRUD does not change GET /v3/availability. Applying a template in the Merchant Portal copies hours onto a weekly allocation or weekly operating hours. Saving an allocation or operating-hours card does not update the template, and reload does not infer a template by matching hours.

See Weekly Templates.

Merchant Portal unsaved changes

In the Merchant Portal, switching location, service, resource, or customer with unsaved edits asks before leaving. Saving an allocation scope switch still validates and, on a weekly schedule, confirms before overwriting; leaving for a later page goes to the page last chosen. Stopping that navigation does not show an error screen.
