V1 Company Sync repairs
- Customers retain their V1 location and custom fields. Repeating Company Sync fills missing imported values while preserving populated V3 values.
- Appointment history can retain retired V1 services and resources without making those entities available for new bookings. Cancelled and rescheduled-away records can be copied when V1 supplies no resources.
- Repeat syncs add missing service/resource location associations and resource service associations without removing existing V3 links.
- Sync gaps include the affected location, appointment status and missing service or resource ID where available. Earlier service/resource import failures are included in saved results.
Future blocking appointments that require archived dependencies remain sync gaps. Review the result before cutover; a company marked done can still have gaps. See Migrating from v1 to v3.
Customer list
The Merchant Portal customer list now shows the matching total and provides Previous and Next controls to browse beyond the first 20 customers. Paging preserves search and location filters; changing either filter starts at page one. Older requests cannot replace newer search results or results for another company.
