V1 Company Sync repairs

• Re-running a selected Company Sync fills missing entities and repairs missing appointment customers, status/blocking metadata, and importer-owned timezones while preserving operator-edited appointment fields and customer data.
• Customers are collected across every V1 location without duplicate copies. Appointments include IN, BK, RS, CN, and RE; holds use hold blocking and booked/reserved appointments use appointment blocking, while cancelled and rescheduled-away history does not block availability.
• Failed appointment lists retry once, then fall back to retrying bounded calendar-year windows from 2015 through the end of the next calendar year. Remaining failures become actionable Sync gaps and do not hide other locations or statuses.
• Company Sync results now expose copied customer and appointment counts plus structured gaps in migration job responses and the Merchant Portal. A company with gaps remains done; error is reserved for a company that could not run.

Calendar OAuth authorization, webhooks, and payments remain outside the scope of Company Sync.
