Allocation coverage warnings

Allocation and resource-availability writes preserve successful saves and existing response data, adding a warnings array for uncovered service-specific hours or an incomplete coverage check.
The Merchant Portal shows a persistent Saved with warnings panel with example gaps and a link to the resource settings. Valid one-time overrides and closed-day weekly overrides remain supported.
Resource edits recheck existing service-specific allocations. Checks exclude elapsed time and describe resource hours only; they do not guarantee bookable slots.
A remaining window shorter than a week still samples each pair-open weekday once, so Sunday-only hours on a Friday–Saturday card still warn when the resource is closed Sunday.
New weekly allocation cards in the Merchant Portal default to a seven-day date range so every weekday can appear in the selected window.
Switching a resource to a weekly schedule now preserves service-specific one-time allocations.

Resource → Allocations defaults to Resource-wide allocations. Save replaces resource-wide windows only and still omits pair rows from a ResourceId-only replace.
Choosing one linked service shows and saves that resource's resource-specific allocations (ServiceId + ResourceId), including pair bookingsPerSlot. Success copy names the same scope as the Save button.
All service-specific allocations lists every pair for the resource, grouped by service. Dates and times are read-only and Save is hidden.
Pair editors (Service → one resource, or Resource → one service) show a leftover strip of that resource's overlapping resource-wide hours, or that there is no resource-wide week for those dates. The control opens the resource-wide scope. Coverage warnings on save are unchanged.
