OnSched 3.16.1 - pair-only services hide resource-wide leftover

Pair-only availability

When a service has resource-specific (pair) weekly allocations and no service-level weekly allocations, a resource that is only linked to the service does not inherit that resource's resource-wide leftover hours.
GET /v3/availability with an explicit ResourceIds list still returns 200 with an empty slot list for those resources (not 400).
Pair leftover still applies on days the resource-wide calendar already covers. Pair hours do not open days the provider did not grant at the resource-wide layer.
Service-level weekly allocations still apply to every resource linked to the service.
